Appointments/Leads are meetings set for a specific date and time within 30 days of contact by a Lead Orchard representative. Appointments are scheduled with business owners, facility managers, property management representatives, or other individuals who are decision-makers or part of the internal decision-making team for commercial HVAC services.

Appointment details provided may include: - Nature of HVAC needs (e.g., replacement, service, or maintenance) - Building type (e.g., office, retail, warehouse, etc.) - Estimated HVAC system size or complexity (if known) - Number of locations or units - Decision-maker’s name, phone, and email - Business address and square footage - Appointment date, time, and location

A one-time setup fee of $350 applies. This fee is waived if you buy 5 or more appointments.

Lead Orchard will reschedule or replace an appointment at no charge if: - The prospect is not available at the scheduled date/time. - The prospect cancels or expresses disinterest before the scheduled time. - The location or type of business is outside your selected territory or HVAC service profile. Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the scheduled appointment date.
